Our AAHA-Accredited Practice in Miami, FL

At Country Club Animal Hospital, we believe that it is not enough to provide excellent service to our clients and patients here in Miami. In order to dedicate ourselves fully to the well-being of pets and the satisfaction of their owners, we have taken an extra step above our usual high standards to become an AAHA-accredited animal hospital. Becoming AAHA-accredited is entirely voluntary—veterinary practices do not require accreditation to treat patients.

What is AAHA?

The American Animal Hospital Association, or AAHA, was established in 1933 and is currently the sole accrediting body for small animal practices in North America. For practices to become accredited, they must be strictly evaluated every 3 years by AAHA experts in over 900 rigorous standards of care and service. These include pain management, sanitation, customer care, technology, and much more. Approximately 12 to 15% of all small animal hospitals in the U.S. and Canada are AAHA-accredited, so we are proud to count ourselves among that number.

What It Means to be AAHA-Accredited

Choosing to become an AAHA-accredited animal hospital means that we work hard to go above and beyond our clients’ expectations, every single day. We believe that the pets and people in our community deserve the best care and treatment we can offer, regardless of circumstances. Being an AAHA-accredited practice is our way of promising to deliver excellent veterinary care with the greatest compassion and respect.

We look forward to serving the pet families of Miami and surrounding areas for many more years. If you would like to learn more about AAHA and how it benefits you and your pet, visit www.aaha.org.
